Part of this change required the upgrade of key systems including email. We reviewed a total of 24 email servers. WorkgroupMail was the one. Setup and administration are simplicity itself which with the other software meant a simplistic approach to features and functionality. Not so with WorkgroupMail. The interface is simple enough for a non-techie to use, but the software is feature rich beyond many of the more well known brands. But for me the overriding factor has to be value for money. The only other server that came close to standards set by WorkgroupMail would have cost us 20 times more to licence. I also have to say that the support I have recived has been prompt, efficient, technically competent and most important to me, patient. I wish all the necessary upgrades went as smoothly."

"I recently upgraded to Version 7, which included a free trial for
SpamCleanser. After installing the upgrade and restarting, I checked my mail. I thought my E-Mail wasn't working, I tried again. When I checked the Quarantined area of WorkGroupMail for spam, I couldn't
believe how much junk had been captured by SpamCleanser.
I would normally receive about 150 E-Mails a day, 99% of which was junk that I had to delete.

Sorry just to e-mail giving praise, but as a s/w developer myself...its not often someone thanks you. My brother's company (small printers) needed an e-mail system for their peer Win 98 network and their single Freenetname mail account, and as always - they phoned their (unpaid) IT consultant in to sort them out. From start to finish, I think the whole system took me 3 hours from download to having all 5 users configured and operational - and that included heafty testing. The install wizard was simply brilliant and the ease of use of the administrator is excellent. I've now left the system in operation for a week or so to ensure it beds down, but I've been sending test e-mail back and forth all day without problem. I'll register the product after the bedding in period, but from what I've seen so far, I have no cause for concern. Just thanks to making my life simple."

"I have tried about every other E-Mail server out and threw up my hands in frustration trying to make them run simply on an Enterprise setup for my small company. Yours is the first one that "Simply" setup and had easy to follow installation and logical instructions. I set up 8 people within30 minutes. Normally if I cant setup and run a package within 15 minutes I usually give up on it and its (yours) is only in the demo period.... (I can say that because we also write software with simplicity in mind)
